Elite Air Dispatch Team Has Three New Voices

Charlene Brett, a 20-year aviation industry veteran, recently joined the Elite Air sales and dispatch team. Also relatively new to the team are Hilary Cavanaugh and Nick Pentzak.

Brett began her career in aviation in 1992, starting at Atlantic Aviation in Teterboro, N.J., before moving to the New York division of The Air Group, headquartered in Van Nuys, Calif. Brett served as the group’s marketing director, overseeing eight national offices. She joined PrivatAir’s U.S. division in 2002, serving as the firm’s charter sales manager and later heading its roadshow desk, handling extended travel for Wall Street initial public offerings. Brett has also worked in charter sales for FirstFlight and Clay Lacy Aviation.

Pentzak joined the aviation industry as an intern in 2008 and moved into sales and dispatch in 2011. He earned an MBA focused on aviation management in 2009 and has worked with Magellan Jets, DMG Holdings and Avantair. A recreational pilot himself, Pentzak has served in many industry roles, including line service, maintenance, customer support, scheduling and international operations.

Cavanaugh began her aviation career in 2000. A charter sales expert, Cavanaugh is committed to personal service, quality performance and exceptional customer support. Away from work, she spends time working in her garden and playing with her two yellow Labradors.
